Lavishly elegant, our Pink High Tea summons you for scrumptious servings of rosy-hued delights during the month of October.

Delicious savouries with pink flourishes are precursors to the daintiest desserts: think pear mousse slice with rhubarb jelly and vanilla sponge, and strawberry tart with diplomat cream, strawberry jelly and lychee foam, whilst sipping sparkling.

Savour blushing-pink scones of the fluffiest sort, paired with clotted cream, raspberry jam, and Sydney’s finest view: the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge sparkle as you enjoy this sweetest of settings.

From each and every Pink High Tea, $5 will be donated to the McGrath Foundation in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Pink High Tea will take place at Blu Bar on 36 from 12pm-1.30pm, 2pm-3.30pm, Saturday to Sunday.

Pink High Tea at Blu Bar is priced from AUD 75 per person, including one glass of sparkling wine.

Upgrade to free-flowing sparkling wine, one glass of Champagne, or one glass of Chandon sparkling rose for an additional AUD 10 per person, or free-flowing cocktails for an additional AUD 20 per person.

Minimum spend for premium window seating is AUD 95.
