This glistening spot of late night lore serves creative cocktails by talented bartenders presiding over a sleek space brimming with Sydneysiders and visitors alike.

The bar’s centrepiece is the Grand Harbour Lounge, with intimate tables taking advantage of the sweeping views from soaring floor to ceiling windows.

The breathtaking views of Sydney’s icons– Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour – enhance the shimmering glamour of Sydney’s signature destination bar.

Trust the Chef: Tapas at Blu Bar will take place at Blu Bar on 36 from Monday to Sunday, taking bookings from 5pm until 9pm.

Priced at AUD 85 per person for a five-course tapas menu, including a shared dessert. Drinks additional. Menu changes daily.
