Dine in the Sky
Set against the backdrop of one of the world’s most beautiful natural landscapes, Altitude’s menu draws on Australia’s distinct ingredients, flavours and perspective for inspiration. The culinary team select only the best produce from land and by sea for a menu that is a true reflection of modern Australian dining today.
Take your seat and revel in spectacular Sydney views from soaring high windows. Nowhere else in Sydney will you find such an award-winning establishment hovering high above Sydney’s glittering icons. The glass jewel box of a private dining room literally ‘floats’ 36 levels above the harbour, accommodating up to 18 guests.
In 2019, Altitude was awarded a prestigious 2 Hat rating from Gault&Millau, an esteemed 3 Glass rating from Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards, and won “Restaurant of the Year” at the TAA Awards (NSW).

“It’s important to me to showcase the diversity and integrity of wine regions in the Altitude wine list by carefully selecting wines that genuinely reveal their flavours. I find perfectly pairing wines with the Altitude cuisine can be not only fulfilling but also extremely educational. Diversity and balance. Australia is one of the most exciting wine making countries in the world. Each wine region has its own history, tradition and unique climate.”
