The glass jewel box of a private dining room literally ‘floats’ 36 levels above the harbour, accommodating up to 18 guests.

Altitude has unveiled a new modern Australian menu created by Executive Chef Michael Elfwing. Savour rich and diverse flavours by land and by sea from Australia’s best producers; meats and seafood grilled, smoked and charred to perfection. The classic menu is enhanced by a thoughtful wine list created by the hotel’s Executive Sommelier, Matt Herod.
