Breakfast in the Sky includes entrée buffet, one hot dish and tea, coffee. Optional beverages may be added for an additional expense.

Priced at AUD 57 per adult on weekdays. Priced at AUD 67 per adult on weekends and Public Holidays (Hotel guests only).

Priced at AUD 25 for children from 6 – 11 years of age. Children 5 years and under dine complimentary.

Available in Altitude on Level 36 from 06:30 AM – 10:30 AM Monday to Friday and 06:30 AM – 11:00 AM Saturday and Sunday. No booking is required.

  • Window table is only guaranteed for Sunrise Lobster Breakfast bookings.
  • Public holidays incur a 15% service surcharge.
  • 10% surcharge is applicable for groups of eight or more.
  • Menu is subject to change.
  • For general public, booking is essential and credit card details will be required at time of reservation.
  • Breakfast is available to both hotel guests and the general public on weekdays.
  • Breakfast is only available to hotel guests on weekends.
  • Standard cancellation policy applies (72 hours before the date) with exception of group cancellation policy.
