This Australia Day, enjoy a sumptuous dining experience at Altitude restaurant that celebrates Australia’s distinct flavours, ingredients and produce.

With eyes cast across the harbour, enjoy the most iconic Australian view spanning Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Savour a five-course menu that reimagines the best of Australian flavours with a creative twist, from Charcoal Smoked Kangaroo and Lamb Shank with a classic potato cream to Fairy Bread topped with Avruga Caviar.

The sweet finale of your night will include a delicious Lamington dessert with a hint of vegemite anglaise and coconut crème diplomat.

The Australia Day Dinner will take place at Altitude restaurant on Sunday, 26th January and Monday, 27th January, 2025 from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with a maximum seating time of 2.5 hours.  Priced at AUD 175 per person for the five-course set menu with an iconic wine pairing available starting from an additional AUD 155 per person.

Terms and Conditions

Special Event Reservation

  • Advance bookings are essential and must be secured with credit card details
  • No payment will be processed unless the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the event time. A 1.85% merchant fee applies to all card payments.

Cancellation + No Show policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours before the booking time to cancel without penalty except for public holiday and special events (Melbourne Cup, Christmas, NYE, etc).
  • A late cancellation fee of AUD 50 per person will apply.
  • In the event of a no-show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation and a penalty fee of AUD 50 per person will apply.
