The culinary team select only the best produce from land and by sea for menus created by Chef de Cuisine Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Armin Begovic, which are a true reflection of modern Australian dining today.

Cast your eyes out across Sydney Harbour, and opt for thoughtful wine pairings by Executive Sommelier Matt Herod to complete your taste journey.

A two course dinner at Altitude is priced from AUD 125, with a sommelier wine pairing for an additional AUD 55, or with an iconic wine pairing for an additional AUD 85.

A three course dinner at Altitude is priced from AUD 145, with a sommelier wine pairing for an additional AUD 75, or with an iconic wine pairing for an additional AUD 120.

Terms and conditions

  1. Sundays and public holidays incur a 15% service surcharge.
  2. 10% surcharge is applicable for groups of eight or more.
  3. Not available during Christmas Day and New Years Day.
  4. Children menu available on request 6 years old and under.
