Altitude has unveiled a new modern Australian menu created by Executive Chef Michael Elfwing. Savour rich and diverse flavours by land and by sea from Australia’s best producers; meats and seafood grilled, smoked and charred to perfection. The classic menu is enhanced by a thoughtful wine list created by the hotel’s Executive Sommelier, Matt Herod.
Take your seat and revel in spectacular Sydney views from soaring high windows. Nowhere else in Sydney will you find such an award-winning establishment hovering high above Sydney’s glittering icons. The glass jewel box of a private dining room literally ‘floats’ 36 levels above the harbour, accommodating up to 18 guests.
In 2019, Altitude was awarded a prestigious 2 Hat rating from Gault&Millau, an esteemed 3 Glass rating from Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards, and won “Restaurant of the Year” at the TAA Awards (NSW).
Altitude set dinner menu is priced from AUD 165 per person for three courses, including tea, coffee, and iconic petit fours.
