Reach your fitness goals and stay motivated with one-on-one or small group personal training sessions at the hotel’s luxury boutique gymnasium.

Prioritise your fitness and get in shape with the help of highly-skilled, passionate Health Club professional trainers.

The Shangri-La Sydney Health Club is conveniently located on Level 2 and boasts fitness facilities that cater to your needs so you can tailor your session to achieve the results you desire. Select from:

  1. Weight loss training: High-intensity cardio workout
  2. Strength training: Free weights to increase strength and muscle mass.
  3. Hypertrophy training: Muscle gain and body sculpting and toning.

During your 30-minute session, you will enjoy access to your dedicated trainer, plus:

  • 16 cardio machines including treadmills, cross-trainers and bikes
  • 15 strength training apparatus
  • Two dedicated weight training areas with barbells, benches, plates and bars.
  • Sparkling indoor pool, hot whirlpool, and sun deck
  • Training and shower towels
  • Personal lockers
  • Shower facilities and amenities including shampoo
  • Access to a selection of newspapers and magazines

Personal training is available from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM in 30-minute sessions. Priced at AUD 55 per person, per session or available at a reduced price of AUD 50 per person, per session when training with a group of three people.
