The burger is topped with crisp iceberg lettuce and served with chunky fries on the side.

Elevate your dining experience by pairing your lobster burger with a glass of chilled Veuve Clicquot NV. The rich, buttery flavours of the lobster are perfectly complemented by the complexity and aromatic intensity of the champagne.

The Signature Lobster Burger is available at The Lobby Lounge from 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Sunday to Monday and 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM Tuesday to Saturday. The Burger is priced at AUD 49 per person, with an additional AUD 39 per person for a glass of Veuve Clicqout Champagne.

    • Booking is essential and credit card details are required to secure the reservation.
    • For a reservation of 10 and more, 50% deposit is required.
    • Settlement with card will incur a merchant fee.
    • Sunday and Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% surcharge.
    • Reservations of 10 and more will incur a 10% service fee.
    • Standard cancellation policy applies (72 hours before the date) with the exception of the special event cancellation policy.
    • For strict dietary requirements, 24 hours advance notice is required.
