Awaken the New Year with the laughter of family and indulge in a mouth-wateringly magnificent gourmet buffet at Café Mix.

Before the clock strikes twelve, wind along a line of lavish stations including the freshest seafood from the very best suppliers – freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters, Balmain bugs, poached king prawns with shell and white wine-poached diamond clams.

Be tempted by main courses of hearty roasted whole Byron Bay pork porchetta, perfectly smoked beef brisket and red wine-braised beef lasagne – where every dish is a star turn.

Delight in Asian delicacies, artisan cheeses, rich salads, and sashimi, then conclude with the sweetest confections: among these, raspberry chocolate delice, lemon meringue tartlets and tropical mousse cake.

New Year’s Eve Dinner will take place in Café Mix on level 1 of the hotel in two seatings, on 31st December 2023.

First seating is from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm and is priced at $179 per adult and $89.50 per child (age 4 to 12 years old).

Second seating is from 8.00 pm to 10 pm and is priced at $199 per adult and $99.50 per child (from age 4 to 12 years old).

Infants (0-3 years old) dine with paying adults on a complimentary basis.

  • Booking is essential due to the limited table set-up.
  • Prepayment required via MyGuestList.
  • Table allocation will be finalised on the day.
  • Quality beverage packages including sparkling, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks are available to purchase on the day. Alcoholic beverages will only be available for guests aged 18+ years and guests may be required to present photo ID.
  • Any balance to be paid on the day before departure with card. No split bill. In-house guest(s) may charge their balance to their room accounts if valid credit card details have been provided at check-in.
  • Please ensure that all diners in the group are in one transaction.
  • Unfortunately, additional seats cannot be added on the day.
  • Please note that the specific menu is subject to change without notice based on availability.
  • No candles, flowers, props or tableware is to be taken after your experience has ended. Charges may apply for missing items.
  • BYO is not permitted.
  • Prepayment of this event does not meet the requirements for earning SLC points.
  • Prepayment will not be refunded in the event of no show or cancellation.
  • The prepayment is non-transferrable for names or for hotel credits.
