As you dine amidst this spectacular panorama, let the glittering sights of the city by night captivate your senses from floor to ceiling windows. 

Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo have created a sumptuous five course menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients and the finest local Australian produce, with sustainability as its guiding star.

Cast your eyes across Sydney Harbour and opt for a wine pairing from an award-winning wine library or an inventive mocktail pairing crafted by our mixologists. 

As a fitting finale, guests will enjoy a keepsake gift from the hotel – your choice of a Shangri-La chocolate box or a fine tea canister.

    Windows to The World dining experience is priced at AUD 295 per person and includes a guaranteed window table, a five-course menu with wine or mocktail pairing, and a take-home gift of either a selection of Shangri-La chocolates or a Shangri-La fine tea selection (30gr).

    Dinner is available at Altitude restaurant in two seating times: Sunday to Thursday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Friday to Saturday from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm.

      Terms and Conditions

      • Booking is essential. 
      • While our team endeavours to accommodate seating preferences, including requests for window tables, please be aware that specific table assignments cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change.
      • 24 hours in advance notice for dietary requirements.
      • Credit card details are required to secure the reservation. 
      • Settlement with a card will incur a merchant fee (1.85% for all cards)
      • Sunday and Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% surcharge. 
      • The offer and prices are not applicable during special events such as Vivid.
      • A table of 8 or more in the restaurant will be required to dine from the Group menu.
      • For a group of 8 up to 10 people, an initial non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. Furthermore, an additional non-refundable deposit ($500) is requisite for each additional set of 10 people.The prepayment will not be refundable nor transferrable under any circumstances. This clause applies to the cancellation or rescheduling of the event.
      • Group reservations will incur an additional 10% service fee.
      • Guests will enjoy a take-home gift per person of either a Shangri-La chocolate box (six chocolates) or a Shangri-La fine tea selection (30gr). Hotel reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item based on item availability.
      • A minimum of 72 hours before the reservation date to cancel the reservation without penalty except for extraordinary events (Melbourne Cup, Christmas, NYE, etc).
