Take a front-row seat and enjoy unparalleled views of Sydney Harbour transformed into a mesmerising kaleidoscope of colours during Vivid Sydney.

As you dine amidst this spectacular light show, let the vibrant hues and shimmering reflections captivate your senses.

Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo have created a unique five course dining experience that celebrates seasonal ingredients inspired by the sights, sounds and colours of the festival of light that transforms the city at night.

Savour signature dishes including kangaroo tartare with Shinshu miso-cured egg yolk and wattleseed tuile, Glacier Toothfish 51 with Fremantle baby octopus and roasted fennel dressing, and porcini crusted wagyu MB 8+ with pickled shiitake, celeriac purée and truffle jus.

As the light spectacle illuminates the sails of the Sydney Opera House, enjoy a delectable green ant forest dessert featuring gianduja, praline and green ants.

The sumptuous Vivid Sydney Dinner Menu will light up Altitude from Friday 24th May – Saturday 15th June 2024.

The Vivid Sydney 5-Course Chef’s Signature Menu is priced at AUD 209 per person in the main dining room, with an iconic wine pairing starting from an additional AUD 155 per person.

Terms and Conditions

  • Booking is essential.
  • 24 hours in advance notice for dietary requirements.
  • Credit card details are required to secure the reservation.
  • Settlement with a card will incur a merchant fee (1.85% for all cards).
  • Sunday and Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% surcharge.
  • The offering and price are not applicable during special events (Festive, NYE, etc.)

 

Cancellation + No Show Policy

  • A minimum of 72 hours before the booking time to cancel without penalty except for extraordinary events (Christmas, NYE, etc).
  • A late cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply.
  • In the event of a no-show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation and a penalty fee of $50 per person will apply.

 

Group Reservation Policy I Applicable for groups of 8 and more, except buyout. 

  • For a group consisting of 10, an initial non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. Furthermore, an additional non-refundable deposit ($500) is requisite for each additional set of 10 people.
  • The prepayment will not be refundable nor transferrable under any circumstances. This clause applies to the cancellation or rescheduling of the event.
  • Group reservations of 8 people or more will incur an additional 10% service fee.
  • Settlement with a card will incur a merchant fee (1.85% for all cards).

 

Cancellation + No Show Policy

  • Prepayment will not be refunded or transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances if the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours' notice.
  • In the event of no show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation and prepayment will not be refunded and transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances. The venue will keep the payment for good.
