Ignite your taste buds with savoury bites including kangaroo tartare with Shinshu miso-cured egg yolk and wattleseed tuile, Glacier Toothfish 51 with Fremantle baby octopus and roasted fennel dressing, and Brooklyn Valley striploin with pickled shiitake and thyme truffle jus.

Taste the technicolour with dazzling desserts such as a blue apple pie macaron with cinnamon butter, and a raspberry cookie choux with raspberry chocolate crème diplomat, raspberry crisp, and gold leaf.

The Vivid Sydney Twilight Tapas experience is available at Blu Bar on 36 from 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM from Friday 24th May – Saturday 15th June 2024.

Priced at AUD 149 per person for the main dining room, or priced at AUD 199 for a window table.

Vivid Sydney cocktails can be purchased for an additional AUD 39 per cocktail.

Terms and Conditions

  • Booking is essential.
  • 24 hours in advance notice for dietary requirements
  • Credit card details are required to secure the reservation.
  • Settlement with a card will incur a merchant fee (1.85% for all cards).
  • Sunday and Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% surcharge.

 

Cancellation + No Show Policy

  • A minimum of 72 hours before the booking time to cancel without penalty except for extraordinary events (Christmas, NYE, etc).
  • A late cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply.
  • In the event of a no-show, the bar will automatically cancel the reservation and a penalty fee of $50 per person will apply.
