‘Tis the season to gather family and friends for an unforgettable Christmas Day lunch overlooking Sydney’s most spectacular views at Altitude on Level 36.

Take your seat high in the sky and soak in the sights of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House while delighting in the laughter of those you love.

Across a luxurious five-course set menu, savour mouth-watering dishes including Kombu cured coral trout sashimi with finger lime and Avruga Caviar, kangaroo with watercress puree and A5 Tajima MB 8+ steak with native tamarind jus. The finale of your festive feast will be a delicious Santa on the beach dessert featuring orange Schnapps mousse with hints of vanilla and cherry compote.

Christmas Day Lunch will take place at Altitude on Wednesday 25, December 2024 from 12 PM to 4 PM.

Priced at AUD 289 per person for the five-course set menu and AUD 189 for children aged 12 and under. Iconic wine pairing is available starting from an additional AUD 155 per person.

Guaranteed window table is priced at AUD 400 per person. Please note, additional fees may apply for beverages or additional dishes.

The Altitude Private Dining Room is available for full buy out at a minimum spend of AUD 6,000, with a maximum of 18 guests permitted.

Terms and Conditions

  • This event is strictly 18+ and guests may be required to present a Government issued ID (photo card, driver’s license or passport).

Standard Reservation:

  • Prepayment is required to secure reservations.
  • Settlement with a car will incur a merchant fee of 1.85%
  • Please note that the price per person includes the 15% Public Holiday surcharge. This applies to food only.

Cancellation + No Show Policy:

  • Prepayment will not be refunded or transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances.
  • Prepayment of this event does not meet the requirement for earning SLC points.
  • In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation, and prepayment will not be refunded or transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances. The venue will retain the payment permanently.

Group Reservation Policy:
(Applicable for groups of 8 and more, except buyout)

  • Full prepayment is required to secure the reservations and will be subject to a 10% group service fee.
  • The prepayment will not be refundable nor transferrable under any circumstances.
  • Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% surcharge.
  • Settlement with a card will incur a merchant fee (1.85% for all cards).

Cancellation + No Show Policy:

  • Prepayment will not be refunded or transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances.
  • In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation, and prepayment will not be refunded or transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances. The venue will retain the payment permanently.
