With unparalleled views of Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge unfurling before you, Altitude takes dining experiences to new heights. 

The menu is created seasonally by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo, with sustainability as its guiding star.

The culinary team select only the best produce and work closely with local artisans passionate about their harvest to create thought-provoking and inspiring dishes which are a true reflection of modern Australian dining today.

A three-course dinner at Altitude is priced from AUD 135 per person.

A five-course Chef’s Signature Menu is priced at AUD 175 per person,

A two-course dinner is priced from AUD 110 per person.  A sommelier wine pairing is available for an additional cost per person.

A Children’s menu is available, with two courses priced at AUD 50 per child and three-courses priced at AUD 65 per child (from 6 – 12 years old).


Windows to The World experience includes a guaranteed window table, a five-course menu with wine or mocktail pairing and a take-home gift of either a Shangri-La chocolate selection or a Shangri-La tea canister (30 gr) at $295 per person. 

Dinner is available in Altitude on Level 36 from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, seven days a week.

Terms and Conditions

  • Booking is essential.

  • While our team endeavours to accommodate seating preferences, including requests for window tables, please be aware that specific table assignments cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change.

  • 24 hours in advance notice for dietary requirements.

  • Credit card details are required to secure the reservation. 

  • Settlement with a card will incur a merchant fee (1.85% for all cards)

  • Sunday and Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% surcharge. 

  • The offer and prices are not applicable during special events such as Vivid.

  • An additional fee for matching wine pairing will apply and the cost will be determined on the day based on consumption.

 

Cancellation + No Show Policy 

  • A minimum of 72 hours before the booking time to cancel without penalty except for extraordinary events (Christmas, NYE, etc). 
  • A late cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply. 
  • In the event of no show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation and a penalty fee of $50 per person will apply.

 

Terms and Conditions (Group Reservations) I  for groups of 8 and more (except for buyouts)

  • The Dinner Group menu is applicable for groups of 8 or more. 
  • For a group consisting of 10, an initial non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. Furthermore, an additional non-refundable deposit ($500) is requisite for each additional set of 10 people.
  • The prepayment will not be refundable nor transferrable under any circumstances. This clause applies to the cancellation or rescheduling of the event.
  • Group reservations will incur an additional 10% service fee.
  • Sunday and Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% surcharge.
  • Settlement with a card will incur a merchant fee (1.85% for all cards).
  • The Altitude Private Dining Room is available to book for groups with a maximum of 18 guests. A deposit of AUD 2,500 minimum spend will be required to secure the booking over one seating time (1900 & 1930 black out times apply).  A deposit of AUD 4,000 minimum spend will be required to secure the booking over the duration of two seating times Additional fees: 10% service charge and 15% surcharge on Sundays and Public holidays.


Cancellation + No Show Policy (Group Reservations)

  • Prepayment will not be refunded or transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances if the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours' notice.
  • In the event of no show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation and prepayment will not be refunded and transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances. The venue will keep the payment for good.
