Set the stage for an unforgettable night with an elevated pre-theatre dinner at Altitude. Step onto level 36 and toast the evening with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, as sweeping vistas of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge take centre spotlight.

Savour a two-course menu highlighting the finest seasonal flavours. The star of the show, grilled Pink Snapper, is accompanied by lemon crema, zucchini flower, ancho and corn salsa, finished with a hint of sunrise lime. Let each course delight your senses before your night unfolds.

As the city sparkles below, your evening flows seamlessly into its next act. With the Sydney Opera House just a short walk away, you’ll arrive right on cue for showtime.

The Elevated Pre-Theatre Dining offer will take place at Altitude Restaurant starting 20 October 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

This offer is priced at AUD 105 per person for the two-course set menu and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine on arrival. Complement your dinner with a wine pairing for AUD 39 per person.

Guests can enjoy validated valet parking at the hotel for AUD 45 per car. Simply present your parking ticket when settling your restaurant bill for validation.

Terms and Conditions

  • Menu and offerings are subject to seasonal changes and may vary throughout the year based on ingredient availability and special events

    • Standard table reservation

    • Booking is essential.
    • 24 hours in advance notice for dietary requirements
    • A valid credit card details are required to secure the reservation. No pre-authorisation and payment will be taken unless there is a no show or the booking is cancelled within 24 hours.
    • Settlement with a card will incur a merchant fee (1.85%)
    • Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% surcharge.

     

    Validity & Availability:

    • This F&B offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or special packages

    Cancellation + No Show policy

    • A minimum of 24 hours before the booking time to cancel without penalty
    • A late cancellation fee of AUD 50 per person will apply.
    • In the event of a no-show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation and a penalty fee of AUD 50 per person will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
    • This offer is not applicable to semi-private or buy-out reservations.
