As the city transforms into a vibrant canvas, delight in an artfully curated five-course menu by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo.

Savour signature dishes including Cajun tuna tataki, tempura Yamba prawn, your choice of honey-glazed duck or Pedro Ximénez blue reef coral trout. Conclude your culinary journey with an elegant grape Baba au Rhum, delicately paired with crème fraîche gelato.

Whether marking a special occasion or simply indulging in an extraordinary evening, our restaurant offers the ultimate vantage point to experience Sydney’s iconic skyline and illuminated harbour.

The sumptuous Vivid Sydney Dinner Menu will light up Altitude from Friday 23rd May to Saturday 14th June 2025, with a maximum 2.5 hours seating time. Available from Monday to Sunday 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm.

The Vivid Sydney 5-Course Chef’s Signature Menu is priced at AUD 179 per person in the main dining room, with an iconic wine pairing starting from an additional AUD 155 per person.

Terms and Conditions

  • Booking is essential.
  • 24 hours in advance notice for dietary requirements
  • Credit card details are required to secure the reservation.
  • Settlement with a card will incur a merchant fee (1.85%)
  • Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% surcharge. Internal notes: If the guests wish to arrange a transaction personally, they must notify us at least 48 hours before the intended booking date. An EPL with a validity of 5 hours will be sent out to the clients.

    Cancellation + No Show policy
  • A minimum of 24 hours before the booking time to cancel without penalty except for extraordinary events (Melbourne Cup, Christmas, NYE, etc).
  • A late cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply.
  • In the event of a no-show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation and a penalty fee of $50 per person will apply.
