How to Book

1. For individual bookings:

Book online with enter the code BDAY2025 to unlock your birthday perks in the “Leave a note” section.

Contact in-house dining reservations to redeem the offer of a complimentary cocktail per birthday guest.

2. For group bookings (8 to 18 guests):

Advance booking is required with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for group bookings.

Contact in-house dining reservations to redeem the offer of a complimentary cake per reservation.

Terms and Conditions

• Offer valid for dine-in guests celebrating their birthday at the Altitude Restaurant during the calendar month of their birth.

• A valid photo ID must be presented to redeem the offer.

• For individual or small group bookings (up to 7 guests): Receive one complimentary cocktail (or non-alcoholic option) per birthday guest.

• For group bookings (8–18 guests): Receive one complimentary birthday cake plating for the table (8–18 guests) with a confirmed reservation. (Please inform the team when booking if you wish to avail of this offer.)

• The complimentary offer is either the cocktail for small bookings or the cake for group bookings. Offers cannot be combined.

• The promotion is available exclusively at the Altitude Restaurant.

• Offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

• Altitude Restaurant reserves the right to amend the offer or terms without prior notice.
